It takes a little bit of homework on your part to educate yourself on the process and work with a professional that can help you. If you are trying to Short Sale your home all that it does take is a motivated Realtor® I successfully organized and sold my first Short Sale with absolutely no experience in ever dealing with a Short Sale of any kind prior. All that I did was contact the lender, performed all tasks required by the lender and most importantly stayed in contact at least 3 times per week with the lender(s) involved. Now, sometimes those phone calls were hours long, but again, I cannot stress the point enough, It does not take a Short Sale Negotiator or any other “sound good buzz word” to sell your home under Short Sale conditions. All that it takes is working with a motivated Realtor®.
